GreenHouse Theatre Project
SUMMER YOUTH THEATRE WORKSHOP
This thoughtful and innovative weeklong workshop will allow your kids to immerse themselves in the full theatre experience from the roots up! Participants will work with the GreenHouse company learning theatre games and exercises to help build confidence and community with their ensemble, work as a collaborative group in writing and crafting an original script and have fun with improvisation in creating their own unique characters. The week will culminate in a performance of each groups’ original play on the stage at Talking Horse Theatre. But remember, it is about the process not the performance!
WHEN
August 3-7 (Performance at 10 am on Saturday, August 8)
Sprouts (Age 5-8) 9am-12pm
Composters: (Age 9-12) 9am-12pm
Weeds (Age 13-16) 9am-3pm
WHERE
Workshop: Missouri United Methodist Church @ 204 S 9th Street
Performances: Talking Horse Productions @ 210 Saint James Street
COST + REGISTRATION
Sprouts and Composters - $220 ($200 for more than one child per family)
Weeds - $300 ($280 for more than one child per family)
Each group will have 12 participants. GTP members get first dibs for signing their kiddos up!
